                   Objectives: To build, develop and maintain a high quality outdoors soccer complex for the use

                    of youth and adults for soccer matches, tournaments, clinics, camps and other soccer related

                    activities approved by the board.

 

                    History: The Ramblewood Soccer, Inc board executed a management contract in June 1993

                    with Mecklenburg County Parks and Recreation to develop 45 acres of the existing Ramblewood

                    Park into a soccer complex. RSI agreed to a ten year contract renewable for a further two ten year

                    periods. 


                    Mecklenburg County Parks and Recreation continue to be extremely strong supporters of the

                    vision for a top quality soccer complex in the county.  

           

                    RSI is a 501 (C) 3 not for profit corporation registered in the state of North Carolina. The board is

                    an all volunteer group. In excess of 90% of the costs required to develop this facility have been

                    acquired through donations, gifts, corporate sponsorships and grants from the private sector.
